Polaris North COVID-19 Policy

All flyers announcing a Polaris in person project will state: In our effort to keep everyone safe at Polaris North, all performers and technicians involved in this project will still be fully vaccinated against the COVID virus and will not be wearing masks. Audience Members will have the OPTION of wearing a mask during their time in our studio and PROOF of VACCINATION WILL NO LONGER BE REQUIRED BY AUDIENCE. 

All members and non-members taking part in any “in house” (non zoom) performance or reading or workshop that occurs in the Polaris North Studio must still be fully vaccinated to participate. Polaris North will not maintain any records pertaining to that proof. Showing either a proof of vaccination card or the Excelsior pass along with identification will constitute such proof. All members and non-members taking part in any activity whether backstage, on stage or in the audience have the option of wearing a mask prior to entering the studio. No masks will be worn on stage by actors. In Workshops, with 15 members or less masks are not mandatory, and participants may forgo the mask. Social distancing is optional as well. 

The Sponsor (Key Member) who is initiating the project will be responsible to verify vaccination status of participating members and non-members. Audiences will be limited to 50 persons. Thanks for your understanding. At the beginning of a performance evening – each audience member entering the studio lobby must initial the reservation list agreeing to this policy or they will not be admitted into the show.
